How to be alone; a reflection of reflection

I'm sitting in my room, headphones on, with either a skype, chatroom, black ops or youtube video playing. (or also a combination of these many things) I hear noise and that makes everything go away and makes me not need to think, not need to plan, figure out, intercept, or dream. I sit here with these things clouding my head and that is ok because that means I am not alone.

I have only had the wonderful fortune to meet Caitlyn Kennedy once, and now we are friends on facebook. We don't speak much but, I can always count on her to post very intersesting, informative links. This is one of them. When I started watching I couldn't believe how lame the video was, it seemed to be for old cat ladies or people who are very creepy sitting in corners....stairing...at...you. It wasn't a short time after that until I realized that this video was partly made for people like me. The people who constantly fill there head and mind with noise so loud they can't hear themselves.

So tonight, right now after I post this I am going to go up to the dixie rock and I am going to sit there and be. BE. I am going to leave the laptop, the phone, the music at home. I am not going to go crawling through my list of St. George facebook acquaintances who I know will not give me the time of day to try and get to know them better through real life applications. Finally I can stop worrying why my friendship with these people is so nonexistent and I can fnally start deciding what to do in the company of myself. (insert masturbation joke here)

There are so many more things I want to say about this video but I think its time to turn off this laptop and go be alone. finally. alone.

If you have an art that needs a practice, stop neglecting it, if your family doesn’t get you or a religious sect is not meant for you, don’t obsess about it.

You could be in an instant surrounded if you need it.

If your heart is bleeding, make the best of it.
